▶ It's a great Iyengar Yoga sequence for experienced practitioners who are working toward dropping back from Tadasana into Urdhva Dhanurasana. The focus is on intermediate level backbends and yoga inversions.

▶ Using props, specifically the yoga chair, the wheel pose progression can be a wonderful way to make this challenging asana more accessible.
