Hello Friends,

Many have asked for exercises that can help people who cannot perform rigourous or normal exercises. This can include people who have mobility constraints, arthritis, knee joint pain, back pain, sciatica, osteoporosis, body pain and those that do not have stability.

These exercises are simple, are great for beginners and can be practiced in any location with a sturdy chair, preferably without armrests. These stretches are great for the workplace, whilst you are studying or just as a break between your daily routine.
