Join me for a short guided breath work session. Helping you to slow down and come within. This is a short 'Box Breath' breathing exercise.

Box breathing is breathing in for the count of 4, retaining the breath for the count of 4, exhaling for the count of 4, retaining the breath for 4.

Box Breathing can help when you feel stressed, panicked, 'too much'. Can help with sleeping and calming, and helps to refocus.
