The V-Sit is one of my favorite Calisthenic's Skills. It is a combination of strength and flexibility resulting in a very impressive looking move. In this routine we'll be working on developing the strength in our shoulders and hip flexors as well as increasing our hamstrings flexibility to be able to make the move a whole lot easier (and make it look prettier too :p hehe) I hope this workout helps you as much as possible into mastering this incredible skill. Let's get that V-SIT!
