STEP 6, Strain the strawberries and let the strawberries dry on a tissue, then strain the leftover syrup water and use it to make the syrup.

60 Milliliters of Water

5 Grams of Lemon/Lime Water
Strawberry Syrup

Cake :
4 Egg Yolks
15 Grams of Sugar
30 Grams of Oil
60 Grams of Milk
A Pinch of Salt
80 Grams of Cake Flour
4 Egg Whites
50 Grams of Sugar
2 Grams of Lemon/Lime Water
