My first attempt making gnocchi from scratch. Served with sauce made with my favourite cheese, blue cheese.
An inspired dish I had few years ago at an Italian restaurant in Ratorua, New Zealand.

Ingredients:.

Gnocchi:
2 medium-size potatoes 馬鈴薯
2 cups all-purpose flour 中筋麵粉
1 egg 雞蛋
salt 海鹽

Gorgonzola (Blue Cheese) Sauce:
150 ml cooking cream 烹飪奶油
50gr blue cheese 藍乾酪
blackpepper to taste 黑胡椒

kale 羽衣甘藍
parmesan 帕瑪森起司
mixed nuts 綜合堅果

Key Points:
1. Score the potatoes around its corner before put in the boiling water.
2. Use more flour on the dough if it sticks
3. Gnocchi is done when it’s floating on the water.
4. Seared both ways to give a crispy texture.
