Relax deeply into this 40 minute yoga nidra or guided meditative practice for fatigue, to restore a sleep deficit, or to support anyone who is living with chronic fatigue syndrome. This practice is uniquely designed to target all of the pain points within the physical body so that you can rest, ever so deeply. Bring yourself into the most supported and comfortable Savasana and rest here in your little yoga nidra cocoon. Comfort and ease in the physical body will help to facilitate a deeper state of relaxation that arises in yoga nidra. Be carried effortlessly into the deep rest you are so deserving of. Studies have shown that just 45 minutes of yoga nidra can be equivalent to about 3 hours of deep regenerative sleep. So now it is time to rest, radiant one.

This practiced is designed to support you in finding a moment of reprieve, giving your body time to rest, to bring the mind at ease, and to soothe and support the whole central nervous system. Symptoms of chronic fatigue include challenges in regulation the nervous system and managing stress reduction. The progressive relaxation techniques used in yoga nidra can help to release tension from the physical body, calm the nervous system and increase parasympathetic activity or rest and digest, ease the busy or thinking mind, and reduce stress - a common underlying symptom of those suffering from fatigue. So relax into this effortless experience of deep medicinal rest and just trust that your body knows what to do - trust that your body knows how to heal.
