Hi there. My name is Morgan Rysdon and I'm an Alexander Technique teacher. Today I'd like to talk to you about where you can leave your hands when you're standing. So many of us don't know what to do with our hands. Are we using them TOO much? Not enough? Well, in this video I will explain more about what to do with your hands while you are standing.
