Goose Rillette - A tasty French classic (Rillettes de canard)

🍽️ Ingredients:
Ingredients for 500g
1 kg goose leg
400g extra goose fat

Spices per KG meat
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig of rosemary
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
water to fill up if necessary
