No weights? No problem! Here's a reverse grip flye, for upper chest, using only resistance bands. This is one of my favorite resistance band chest exercises. This is an unanchored chest exercise meaning we don't have to attach the resistance band to anything.

Here's how to perform the Reverse Grip Flye with Resistance Bands:

1. We're going to step on the resistance band a little bit wider than shoulder width grip, and we're going to grab the resistance band here with our palms facing up.
2. Keeping your arms fairly straight you to squeeze up right toward the middle. Think of a pyramid or triangle. You can get a slight bend in your arms.
3. Bringing the arms back and wide, repeat, squeezing toward the middle.
