मसूर डाळ आमटी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप मसूर डाळ
• १ बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• १ बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो
• पाणी
• २ चमचे तेल
• १/२ चमचा मोहरी
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• कढीपत्ता
• १ चमचा लसूण पेस्ट (७~८ लसूण पाकळ्या किसून)
• गरम मसाला
• लाल तिखट
• पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• १ पॅकेट मॅगी मसाला ए मॅजिक

Masoor dal amti is an easy and quick recipe. If you are bored of having the same turdal amti, then this is a good option for you. We already have seen masoor amti. With a step ahead let’s make masoor dal amti. It gets nice color and texture. This amti looks nice and tastes fantastic. This is a perfect bachelors’ recipe. Ingredients:
• 1 cup Masoor dal
• 1 finely chopped Onion
• 1 finely chopped Tomato
• Water
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• Curry leaves
• 1 tsp Garlic paste (7~8 grated Garlic cloves)
• Garam masala
• Red chili powder
• Water to adjust the consistency
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 packet Maggie Masala E Magic

Method:
• Wash masoor dal really good 2-3 times with water and add onion, tomato, water.
• Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. There should not be any whistle.
• Beat the cooked dal well. Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, garlic paste and fry everything for about a minute.
• When garlic gets light golden color add garam masala, red chili powder and mix well.
• You can use any other masala or the one that you use regularly in place of garam masala.
• Add the cooked dal, water and mix well.
• Add salt and bring the dal to boil.
• Simmer amti on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes and add coriander leaves. Mix well.
• Add Maggie-masala E Magic and mix well.
• Cover and simmer amti on medium heat for another 3-4 minutes.
• Masoor dal amti is all ready.
• You can have it with bhakari. It goes well with rice too.
