It's day 2 of Pilates X Strength workout program and today we have a spicy upper body and core Pilates inspired strength class that focuses on building triceps, chest, biceps and back strength , learning to engage and stabilize your core and improving your coordination. #pilatesxstrength

Equipment needed:
2 sets of medium dumbbells ( in my case- 2kg/4.4lb, 3kg/ 6.6lb)
non slip mat
-ankle weights
water to keep you hydrated
