This 15 minute workout will work on every part of your core. From the internal and external abs to the lower back and obliques. When I did it my whole core area was burning! Plus a little stretching routing at the end.

The reason this video is longer than our normal videos is so that you can follow along as I do this workout. You can put in headphones or watch this video as you do it along. You don’t need any equipment, except maybe a yoga mat if you want.
