We stayed in a lovely airbnb called the Bolt Hole in Hayle and here is the link if you are interested, it was very reasonable with it’s own cooking facilities which we find useful. We like to cook our own food as we find it cheaper than eating out.

Our dinner recipe

meat free spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients:
onion
tin of lentils
frozen peas
frozen peppers
mushrooms
tomato passatta
pasta
garlic granules

Method:
1. fry onion and mushrooms until soft
2. add garlic and salt and pepper to taste
3. add lentils, peas, peppers
4. add passatta
5. simmer until cooked whilst pasta is cooking
