I used a set of 5kg/11lbs, 7.5kg/16.5Lbs,10kg/22Lbs,  dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

How it’s done: There are 6 Supersets to complete 3 x through as follows:
Set 1: 25/15
Set 2: 35/20
Set 3: 45/30

1️⃣Under Hand to Overhand Grip Row (7.5kg/16.5Lbs)
2️⃣1 1/2 RDL (10kg/22Lbs)

1️⃣Arnold Press (7.5kg/16.5Lbs)
2️⃣Suitcase Squat to Upright Row (7.5kg/16.5Lbs)

Superset 3
1️⃣Alt Double Pulse Curtsy Lunge (7.5kg/16.5Lbs)
2️⃣DB Reverse Fly to Tri Kickback (5kg/11lbs)

Superset 4
1️⃣Alt Iso Hold Bicep Curl (5kg/11lbs)
2️⃣2 DB O’head Tricep Ext (5kg/11lbs)

Superset 5
1️⃣L Chest Press (7.5kg/16.5Lbs)
2️⃣Pullover Crunch (7.5kg/16.5Lbs)
