Hello Friends! Welcome back! Tonight we are working on a 24x24 inch gallery wrapped canvas with a Black basecoat, and I'm going to do 2 Wandering Straight Pours. Im very excited about these colors on the black basecoat, I think its going to be gorgeous. Lets get started!
Colors

Pouring Medium:
Liquitex Gloss Medium
Paint + a bit of Water
Floetrol
There is NO Silicone
in Any of My Paint.

I have painted the sides and edges with Amsterdam Lamp Black, but it looked weird so I painted to surface black too. I didnt mix that paint with anything, just used it straight out of the tub.
For a 24 x 24 we need about 21 ounces of paint. Im using my 16 ounce cups, so I will fill one and pour it, then fill another with about 5 or 6 ounces and pour it as well. I lay down my basecoat and then pour the first bigger cup. I LOVE it already!
I layer the 2nd cup and then pour that one too. I really like the contrast of the black basecoat and the black that is in the pour itself.

I tilt it to cover the canvas, and after a few adjustments I'm done! I love the areas with the cells popping up through the black.. they are so pretty to me!

IMPORTANT:
The next couple of weeks are going to be interesting around my house.. HoA is having knee surgery on September 7th. We are going to do our best to shoot some videos in advance of the surgery, but I do ask for your patience.
My priorities need to be my husband's recovery and my kids, but I will do my best to continue to post 3 videos a week. It may go down to 2 a week until we get back on our feet (pun intended lol) but I will try. My daughters have both also just returned to in person school and all the germs that that entails after 18 months at home, and I will be dropping off and picking up by myself until HoA can drive again.
