Daily Handstand Routine for Advanced (Follow Along)

Here is an Advanced Handstand Training that can be done daily, taking always in consideration your own level, your own goals and your specific energy levels that day. If you fall more into the intermediate category feel free to see this Handstand routine as a goal and do not feel discourage if some of the exercises seem too hard for you. Keep practicing on a frequent basis and I guarantee that this routine will become your warm up ;) And for all my beginners folks feel free to still give this routine a shot and maybe do all the exercises against the wall.
