Dry Brushing Tutorial | Day 17 | MELT Method

Описание к видео Dry Brushing Tutorial | Day 17 | MELT Method

Discover the power of a specialized hands-on self-care technique designed to optimize blood flow, lymph flow, pore health, and the texture of your superficial fascia. Introducing dry brushing—a simple yet effective practice that can elevate your overall well-being. By incorporating dry brushing into your routine 1-2 times per week, preferably in the mornings before showering, you can experience remarkable benefits for your skin and body. Pair this technique with our Cellulite Map for a comprehensive self-care treatment.

Here's how to perform dry brushing:

Choose a high-quality dry brush with natural bristles. Opt for a brush with a long handle to reach all areas of your body comfortably.

Begin with dry, bare skin. Before stepping into the shower, ensure your body is free from any moisturizers or oils.

Before you get in the shower, get your body brush and start at your neck.
1. Brush from behind the neck to in between your collar bones.
2. Brush under your arm pit on one side and slowly take short brushes up the arm starting at the armpit and moving in small sections to your fingers… always brushing in the direction of the arm pit. Once you get to your hand, take long brush strokes from fingertip to arm pit covering the entire arm in one sweep. Repeat it on the other arm.
3. Next, Brush your torso in an upward movement to the xiphoid process (at the center base of your ribs near your costal arch.)
4. Now move to the legs. Begin at the hip crease and, just like the arms, take short brushes in an upward direction moving down the leg. Once you get to your foot, take long brush strokes in an upward direction to the hip. Repeat on the other leg.
5. Brush the belly and back in an upward direction one more time and you are finished. It should take you all of 2 minutes to complete your entire body. This technique stimulates the superficial fascia beneath the skin as well as brush off dead tissue from your dermis.

Pay extra attention to areas prone to cellulite, such as the back of your thighs and buttocks. Brush these areas with a bit more pressure, but always within your comfort zone. You can even do 2 passes per body part.

After dry brushing your entire body, step into the shower to rinse away any loosened dead skin cells.

Finish your shower with a cool rinse to invigorate your skin and enhance circulation.

Pat your skin dry gently and apply a nourishing moisturizer to seal in hydration.

For optimal results, we recommend incorporating dry brushing into your self-care routine alongside our Cellulite Map. This map combines a range of techniques, sequences, and targeted areas to provide a holistic approach to cellulite reduction and skin health.

Unlock the benefits of dry brushing and experience the transformation in your skin and body. Enhance blood and lymph flow, unclog pores, and restore the smooth texture of your superficial fascia. Combined with our Cellulite Map, this specialized self-care technique will take your journey to the next level.

Embrace the power of dry brushing and let it become a cornerstone of your self-care routine. Rejuvenate your skin, invigorate your body, and revel in the newfound vitality that comes with it.
