Let's strengthen our triceps at home with this intense 10 minute no repeat workout!

Triceps is such a tough area to train & define, but it is so important to train them, both to shape and define your arms (triceps make up more than half of the muscles in your upper arms), and also to help you with performing other exercises.

We will be doing 30 seconds of each exercise and 10 seconds of rest before moving onto the next exercise, which is quite intense! I picked a lighter weight for this no repeat 10 minute dumbbell triceps workout, which is 2 x 10 lbs (4.5kg) dumbbells, but please pick a weight that is suitable to you - and make sure you pause the video and take breaks if you need them.

For a full upper body workout - or for a full arms workout - I would recommend performing this workout together with a biceps and/or shoulders workout.
