✨THE WORKOUT: 25-Minute Full Body Resistance Band Workout✨

► EQUIPMENT: A mini loop resistance band. I’m using a light-to-medium resistance band in this band workout.

►INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️3 Circuits (3 exercises per circuit)
✔️Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds rest)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
9 FULL BODY Resistance Band Exercises:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1) Bear Crawl + Tricep Taps
2) Curl + Press + Alternating Reverse Lunge
3) 2 Banded Squat Walks + Squat Jump

2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1) 80/20 Change Stance Squat, Right
2) 80/20 Change Stance Squat, Left
3) 4 V-Walks + 4 Jacks

3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1) Hip Hinge + Row, Right
2) 3-Count Mountain Climbers
3) Hip Hinge + Row, Left
