有位網上的朋友想我說下什麼叫脊髓空洞, 英語叫syringomyelia. 脊髓空洞其實是什麼或是在哪裡呢? 脊髓空洞通常就是說我們脊椎裡面的椎管, 最常見就在頸椎但是也可以在胸椎. 最常見在頸椎裡就是在脊髓中間有個空洞. 其實這個空洞就不是一個真的空洞而是裡面一個囊腫. 這個囊腫裡面是有脊髓液在運行. 會分開先天性和後天性, 通常一般我們是通過照磁力共振意外地看見有這個脊髓空洞症.....

There is some cerebrospinal fluid within the cyst. It can be either congenital or acquired factors. Through an MRI scan where we incidentally find this syringomyelia.....
