其實引致單邊腰痛的原因都有好幾種. 例如我們常見的就是我們盆骨錯位,
什麼叫盤骨錯位就是盤骨有高低. 為什麼會有高低就是因為我們坐的姿勢不正確, 例如我們會翹腳坐, 翹腳坐的時候其實就會影響久而久之個盤骨會有傾斜, 然後就會引伸到肌肉兩邊產生不平衡現象, 然後就會讓一邊總是會繃緊和會有痛症出現. 第二個原因就是.....

Today I will tell you about one-sided low back pain. One-sided low back pain means it may be left or right side of the back that is painful. There are actually several causes for one-sided low back pain. For example one common cause is pelvic misalignment. Pelvic misalignment means the pelvis is uneven. Why does this happen, because we sit with incorrect posture such as crossing our leg. Crossing our legs over time can cause the pelvis to become tilted. This then leads to an imbalance in the muscles on both sides. This causes one side to feel tighter and have pain. Another reason is some patients have had scoliosis since childhood......
