Making this recipe is not difficult but jst needs patience. Slow and easy is the trick. Preferably find a claypot to cook this as it will give a very consistent heat and ensuring the pork are properly cooked.

Ingredients

1kg of Pork Belly
2 clove of Garlic
100grm Rock sugar
2 table spoon soy sauce
2 table spoon of oyster sauce


Instructions
1. Cut pork to 1 inch thick
2. Boil pork to remove scum
3. Fry garlic for few mins
4. Add in pork belly
5. Add oyster sauce
6. Add soy sauce
7. Add Rock sugar
