This is an extensive backflip tutorial with over 50 drills and exercises for the backflip. This tutorial will teach you how to backflip from complete beginner level to the backflip.

We will be focusing on drills to learn the backflip technique and approach it from different angles - from learning the back roll, to learning the macaco and backhand spring as well as partner assisted backflip drills and creative backflip set-ups to minimise required equipment.

The idea of this backflip tutorial is that you should be able to learn the backflip without access to gymnastics gym and equipment.

We will also discuss strength prerequisites for the backflip and how you can build up your core strength and vertical jump for the backflip.
