Ingredients for Chilli Paneer:

(Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon)

200 gms Paneer (cube cut)

Mix Paneer with:
Salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp Corn flour
2-3 tbsp water


Vegetables:
½ tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2-3 nos. chopped green chilli
½ cup onion petals (1 medium size onion)
½ cup capsicum cubes (1 large size)
½ cup white part of spring onion
2 tbsp chopped spring oning (green leaves)

Sauces:
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tbsp green chilli paste
Salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup water
1 tsp corn flour in 3 tbsp water – Cornflour slurry


Other Ingredients:
Oil for frying
3-4 tbsp oil to make sauce


Preparation:

Cut the paneer into bite size cubes. Add salt, black pepper powder, cornflour & water. Mix it well.
Heat oil for frying. Fry paneer cubes for 3-4 mins on medium heat. Fry till light golden colour.
After that, remove the paneer cubes in strainer or pepper towel.

Process:

Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a wok or kadhai.
Add chopped ginger, garlic & green chilli. Fry for 2 mins on medium heat.
Add white part of spring onion. Fry for 2 mins on medium heat.
Add onion petals & capsicum cubes. Fry for 2 mins on medium heat.
Add white vinegar, dark soy sauce & green chilli paste. Fry for a minute on medium heat.
Add salt to taste & black pepper. Mix it well.
Add a cup of water & let boil come.
After boil comes, add cornflour slurry slowly. Mix it well. Let it cook for a minute on medium heat.
After that, add fried paneer cubes. Mix it well. Toss paneer cubes for 2 mins in sauce on low heat.
Add chopped green spring onion for garnish. Stir fry for 30 secs.

Serving:
Serve hot with steamed rice, fried rice, or noodles.
