其他材料:1把青葱、1块姜、7瓣蒜、1根去籽红辣椒、水淀粉
酱汁:1勺蚝油、少许胡椒粉、1茶勺盐、1勺绍兴酒、200毫升清水

1)把鱼块加入1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1勺绍兴酒、1勺酱油、1颗蛋清、2勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀腌制15分钟
2)其他材料切备用
3)热锅热油,把鱼块炸至金黄色捞出,再复炸一遍
4)锅留底油,爆香葱白&姜,后再倒入蒜辣椒一起炒,加入调好的酱汁煮至沸腾倒入青葱,再倒入水淀粉勾芡煮至浓稠
5)最后把炸好的鱼块加入,快速炒均即可❤️
