Welcome to Day 3 of our transformative 30 Day Kundalini Power Boost program. In today's session, we concentrate on balancing Prana and Apana, two primary forms of energy in our bodies that govern the flow of life force and elimination, respectively.

Our practice initiates with gentle warm-up movements such as the Sufi Grind and Seated Forward Bends. These exercises serve to loosen the body, stimulate the digestive system, and prepare us for the more vigorous exercises to follow.

Today's main focus is the practice of Nabhi Kriya, a powerful series of exercises designed specifically to balance Prana and Apana. This sequence includes alternate and double leg lifts to enhance the abdominal muscles and stimulate energy flow in the lower chakras. The challenge intensifies with the inclusion of the Stretch Pose, an invigorating exercise that enhances the body's energy and stimulates the solar plexus.

To release the accumulated tension, we ease into the comforting Pawanamuktasana, also known as the Wind-Relieving pose, which soothes the digestive system and relaxes the muscles. We complete our practice with a simple yet potent rock-and-roll movement on the back, serving as a delightful massage for the spine.
