All you need is one kettlebell to work your full body at home in 15 minutes💦. Again like all our other workouts this workout is perfect if you don't have a lot of time, and want to get a full body explosive HIIT in. This workout is great because it incorporates explosiveness, hypertrophy, while getting high intensity cardio in.

This can be done if you're a beginner all the way up to advanced. Your kids can do it, although ours opted not to today 😆.

The workout is 30 seconds work followed by 30 seconds rest; no repeats aside from the kettlebell swings which is done after every new exercise. Let us know what you think in the comments or if you have any questions.
