It is important to do yoga during menstrual cycles and so on the third day of periods you can do a few more asanas to your yoga during periods basket. Some yogic neck movements, a little heat with a few cat cows and some cat cow variations, pigeon pose to balance it all , a few vinyasa flows to bring in a little more movement and banana pose to give a nice stretch to the sides of the body. To top it all we do some relaxation with breath at the end too. Breathing helps you stay calm and focused. Join us for Day 3!
