In this video, Dr. Joe talked about a condition called Hamstring Syndrome. The pain is usually at the back of the leg, worse after exercise usually located at the hamstring muscles or at the sit bone or the back of the knee. It’s common in people who don’t stretch after hiking or running. He taught us the 3 self-tests and demonstrated 4 simple exercises for pain relief.
