Bomboloni is a mini stuffed dessert resembling somewhat of a bomb. Technically, these are fried stuffed doughnuts that filled to the brim with Nutella or Custard or Whipping Cream or Ganache, causing a delicious explosion in your mouth.

Oil- 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Sugar- 28 g (6 tbsp)
Yeast- 1 tsp
Flour- 320 g (~2.5 cups)
Nutella - (for filling)
