These clear dumplings are chewy, crunchy on the outside and delicious when you pair it with fried shallots and fish sauce. It was one of my favorite snacks when I was growing up in Vietnam. Ingredients:
300g Tapioca Starch
1 Cup Hot Water
1.2 tsp Salt

Fillings:
200g Pork
100g Shrimp
1tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Shallot
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Annatto Seeds Oil

Served With:
Fish Sauce
Fried shallot
Green Onion & Oil
