Spicy Paneer Steak
This yummy, delicious, high-protein meal is all you need to satisfy your mid week cravings while fulfilling your protein intake. And the best part is it comes together in 10 minutes. Let's make this.

1/8 cup peanuts
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha/chilli oil
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vinegar
1-2 tbsp hot water
Dry roast the peanuts, sesame & garlic cloves & transfer to a blender to make a corase paste. Add in the soy sauce, sriracha or chilli oil, honey, vinegar & hot water. Blend it again & keep aside.

100 gms paneer
1 tsp oil
Spray some oil on your hot pan. Place the paneer on it & cook till it browns on both the sides. Place it on a plate & top it with the sauce. Garnish with some chilli oil, sesame seeds & spring onion greens. Serve this hot just as is or with some steamed rice & dig in.!
