家裡沒有攪拌機器又不想揉麵做油皮,那就一定要試試這款菠蘿蛋黃酥
做法簡單,很容易成功
菠蘿皮剛做好時有點黏手,放至冷藏一小時後就會比較好操作

材料:可做12顆蛋黃酥
菠蘿皮:每份33g
奶油85g
低筋麵粉200g
糖粉70g
雞蛋一顆
奶粉10g

內餡
紅豆餡 360g(每份30g)
鹹蛋黃 12顆

蛋液少許
