Which really started to pick up steam with the Paleo diet, where we were told to eat like our caveman ancestors.

Remember that diet, that everyone said they would do forever…Yeah just like the mammoths, that went extinct too.

Now there are gluten-free products available for just about everything you can think of, it even gets its own aisle in many supermarkets,

And frankly people are just scared of bread and pasta… Because of the gluten.

In this video we’re going to look at the latest research on why I am saying this, and then also what we should be doing instead with our diet.

Especially if you’re living with symptoms that going gluten-free is supposed to help with, like chronic digestive issues for example.
