Soft Milk Bread Rolls

Ingredients:
400g High protein flour
50g Castor sugar
210ml Milk
40g Butter 
5g Yeast
1 nos Egg

Steps:
1) Combine yeast, castor sugar and milk into a mixing bowl and stir well.
2) Add the high protein flour and mix well.
3) Knead until a dough forms.
4) Add softened butter, knead the dough until becomes smooth and elastic.
5) Cover the bowl and let it rise until double in size
6) Knead the dough to release the gas divided into16 portions and shape it into a ball
7) Flatten the dough and roll the bread dough and rest for 15 minutes
8) Shape the dough into a rectangle, roll it towards the pointed end
9) Let it rise again for about 30 to 45 minutes
10) Egg wash the surface and sprinkle the top with black and white sesame
11) Bake in a preheat oven at 180c for 20 minutes.

超软牛奶面包卷

材料:
400克 高筋面粉
50克 细砂糖
210毫升 牛奶
40克 牛油
5克 酵母

做法:
1)将酵母,细砂糖和牛奶放进搅拌碗,混合均匀。
2)加入高筋面粉,混合。
3)搅拌值得形成面团。
4)加入软化的牛油,搅拌至面团变得光滑有弹性
5)盖好发酵到面团体积翻拌
6)揉面排气, 分成16小块搓成球状
7)把面团擀平,卷起然后休息10分钟
8)把面团擀成三角形卷至小角处
9)再次发酵30至45分钟
10)刷上蛋液,撒上黑白芝麻
11)放入预热烤箱180度20分钟
