💖 In this 20 minute lower body pilates workout we will focus on strengthening, toning and sculpting your inner thighs, glutes and outer thighs using a series of controlled movements giving you a spicy burn. This is a low impact pilates workout which you can do daily to tone up and its beginner friendly!!

🧘‍♀️ Pilates targets tiny muscle groups, improving strength, posture, and alignment, leaving you feeling strong, long, and lean.
