Whether you’re using free weights or resistance bands to Deadlift, you always want to make sure you’re using proper form. I’ll walk you through how to properly execute a Deadlift.

Once we’ve got the basics down, I’ll show you how to set up a banded Deadlift that will simulate a trap bar setup.

I’ll also show you how to set up a more traditional Deadlift with a resistance band.

I’ll even add in a walkthrough on doing Deadlifts with the Clench Footplate!
