The Topo Specter 2 is a cushioned training shoe designed to offer speed and protection over long miles. Priced at $165, it uses a 100% race foam midsole and competes with shoes like the Asics Superblast 2 ($200) and Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 ($170). In this video, I give an overview of the Specter 2, take it out for two runs totaling 22 miles and let you know my thoughts.
