Welcome back one and all to the channel. In this video we go to the town of Market Drayton in Shropshire for their annual 10k event.

Always a popular one which attracts over a thousand runners each year and one you must do if you can!

The route in itself is relatively flat with a few twists and turns until 5 mile in which brings a difficult final hill to the finish line.
