Hello everyone! Join me for a quick 15 minute barre workout to work your legs, glutes and even your core. This is a lovely lengthening class that can be just done on its own, or could be used as a warm up for other workouts. I'm using a sturdy chair in place of a barre. But a kitchen counter or a table could also work, if you don't happen to have a ballet barre handy.
