Written Recipe of Bonda Rasam

For making Bonda (Vada)

Ingredients :
1. Black Lentil (Urad Dal) - 1 cup
2. Water - as required
3. Rice flour - 1/4 cup
4. Green Chillies - 2 (chopped)
5. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
6. Salt - as per the taste
7. Curry leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
8. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

For making Rasam

Ingredients :
1. Tomato - 3 large (finely chopped)
2. Yellow Lentils (Toor Dal) - 1 cup (boiled)
3. Water - as required
4. Tamarind juice - 2 tbsp
5. Jaggery - 1 tbsp
6. Rasam powder - 2 tbsp
7. Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
8. Salt - as per the taste
9. Oil - 1 tbsp
10. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
11. Asafoetida (Hing) - 1/2 tsp
12. Dried Red Chilli - 2
13. Curry leaves - 10 to 12
