Today, we get into those legs and abs with a challenging Pilates workout. This one will get you working hard! Are you ready to work out with me??

We start with one of my favorite lunge series' to fire up the glutes, hamstrings, and quads, move into scooter, and then some plank variations to strengthen the core and all the abdominal muscles - doesn't that sound like fun?!
