CARAMEL APPLE PANCAKE BAKE 💙3 | 💜3 | 💚3 (See update after taste test below)
For this one, I used my blueberry pancake bake recipe as the base. You can find that recipe here: https://planningushealthy.com/blueber... - but instead of blueberries, I used apples. I diced up one apple and sliced two, sprinkled with cinnamon and sauteed in pan until they were soft. I then folded the diced apples into the pancake mixture. After baking, I topped it with the sliced apples, sprinkled with a little more cinnamon and splashed a little sugar-free caramel syrup (the Torani kind I use in my coffee). I also add 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup for 0 points.
(****UPDATE AFTER TASTE TEST - We really liked this!! My husband thought it was perfect the way it was. But for me, I think next time I may put more apple in the mix. I also will do something different with the caramel. I was wanting more of the caramel flavor. But again, this is all personal preference, so play around and see what you come up with!****)

ROAST TURKEY with STIR-FRY VEGGIES & JASMINE RICE 💙4 | 💜 4 | 💚4 (WE LOVED THIS ONE!!)
No recipe for this one. It's just the fully cooked turkey breast portion from Aldi. For the stir-fry veggies, I used broccoli, bell pepper, red onion, sugar snap peas garlic, asparagus, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. I cooked my broccoli for a couple minutes to soften a little, then cooked everything in a wok. For each meal prep container, I used 1/2 cup cooked instant jasmine rice, veggies, and 4 oz. turkey breast.
Dinner kits are just chicken fajitas (just chicken, onions, and peppers) and the other is Ranch Pork chops (pork chops sprinkled with ranch dressing mix) and a tomato-cucumber salad. The kits just have all the ingredients measured out ready to be made when I come home from work.
