Here’s the full recipe of Beef Paaye:

Ingredients:

- 2 beef feet or beef shank, cut into large pieces
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 kg yoghurt
- ⁠1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup ghee or oil
- 1.5 liters water
- Fresh cilantro or scallions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
2. Add beef pieces and cook for 20-25 minutes or until browned on all sides.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook until golden brown.
4. Add spices (turmeric, chili powder, and salt) and mix well.
5. Add yoghurt and cook until the water dries up and oil separates.
6. Add water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
7. Simmer for 4-5 hours or until the beef is tender and falls off the bone.
8. Serve with naan or rice, garnished with garam masala and black pepper.

Note: You can also cook Beef Paaye in a pressure cooker to reduce cooking time. Enjoy your delicious and tender Beef Paaye!
