Welcome back to Mike's Yoga Channel and welcome to another Yoga For Athletes video. Today's video is a 20 Minute Yoga For Hockey Goalies Sequence. This is a great yoga sequence to do on a daily basis to receive deep full body stretch. In this video, A lot of emphasis is on the legs and hips. This is a slower yoga practice as we will be holding the poses for 30 seconds - 1 minute at a time.
