250 ml. all purpose cream or whip cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

mocha sheet cake
5 egg yolks
1/4 cup oil (60 ml.)
1/4 cup sugar (50 grams)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup milk (60 ml.)
1 and 1/2 tsp. Cocoa powder
2 tsp. Coffee powder
3/4 cup cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar

cream
200 grams non dairy cream or 200 ml. whip cream
if using non dairy add 1/4 cup cold milk.
