Aloha and thanks for stopping by. In this episode we are joined by Tiffany Lodes for a Yamuna Body Rolling session. Yamuna Body Rolling is a movement practice that uses balls to release our external shell muscles, allowing our deep stabilizing muscles to fire up. In this session we will work on bringing mobility to our breath and rolling out the hamstrings starting all the way up at the sitz bones.
