TOPO cloning is a molecular cloning technique for rapidly joining the DNA fragments.
TOPO Cloning technique make use of Topoisomerase I enzyme and doesn’t require DNA ligase.
So, TOPO cloning is a DNA ligase enzyme free cloning method.
It is Simple, Efficient and Fast method of cloning.
Possible to achieve ~95% efficiency.

There are 3 different types of TOPO cloning
1. Sticky-end TA cloning
2. Blunt-end cloning
3. Directional cloning
