You all LOVED last Walk and Light Jog workout so we are back with another one! Coach Rachael will take you through this 22 minute routine mixing in a light jog here and there with a incline walk to wrap it up. Get ready to get sweaty!

All speeds and inclines are suggestions. Please stay safe and within your comfort zone!

Workout Structure:
WARMUP: 3 minutes
Workout Part 1 - Repeat 4 times
JOG: 90 seconds - 4.5 - 7.0 mph
RECOVERY WALK: 30 seconds - 3.5 - 4.5 mph
Workout Part 2 - Repeat 6 times
HILL WALK - 3.1 - 4.1 mph - at 3.0 incline
Increase by 0.1 every 90 seconds
Cooldown at the end!
